    When to do shoulders?

I was wondering when most of you guys do shoulders? Right now my routine is legs, chest, back, then arms/shoulders all in one day. I manage to get abs in there too a few days. Should I give shoulders their own day or keep doing them when I do arms? I've been lifting for quite a while but just recently have gotten into researching it and getting serious about it. Thanks for the advice.

Localizing the exercises keeps the blood in the same area, thus:

    1st. Group- Upper Body
    1. Neck (6-way hand resistance).
    2. Traps (Front/Rear Shrugs & Deadlifts).
    3. Delts (All 3 Heads)

    2nd.Group- Rear Middle Body
    1. Back.
    2. Lats (use straps to spare arms).
    3. Waist,

    3rd. Group- Front Middle Body
    1, Chest.
    2. Arms
    3. Wrists.

    4th. Group- Lower Body
    1. Squats.
    2. Hams/Quads.
    3. Calves
    -------------------------------------
You build on this basic idea.

Well, I don't think the question is when you should be doing shoulders, but whether you should switch from a full body routine to a split. Cuz it doesn't make sense to do legs, chest, back, arms one day and then just shoulders on a separate day.

How many days a week do you workout?

I do mine with chest. Here's my split, it's 4 days-

    Arms (biceps and triceps)

    Push (chest/shoulders)

    Pull (anchored by deads/back)

    Legs

works well for me and my needs. YMMV

^^Some people say that but if your lifting heavy and have alot of volume its really not easy to get your whole workout in less than an hour.

And i give shoulders there own day since there a little weak for me personally. If i didnt i would probably put it in with legs or chest
