Looks kind if intense, so depends on what you're doing each day, what you're isolating, # reps/sets, etc. Need more deets.

I do about 5 exercises per bodypart roughly 4 sets of 8 reps per exercise heavy as possible
    e.g. chest day:

4 sets of 8 bench press
4 sets of 8 incline bench
4 sets of 8 decline bench
    4 sets of 8 flys
    4 sets of 10 dips

    Sounds about right?

Triceps and shoulders are involved in bench pressing, so you shouldn't train triceps one day before chest as it will be sore.

Day 1: back OR back and biceps.

Day 2: chest OR chest and triceps.

    Day 3: rest.

Day 4: Shoulders OR shoulders and legs

    Day 5: Arms.

Day 6: Legs if you didn't work them on day 4.

It really depends on how YOU feel though. I personally like the split i mentioned.

EDIT : 20 sets for chest is WAY too much.

Sounds like too much volume dude. GVT only has 10 sets of 10, tone it down a bit and increase intensity. Btw I hope your not hitting your biceps with 20 sets as well.

Doing triceps before chest may affect your pressing strength.
