    Would this be enough cardio?

I know many bigger buys like myself work behind a desk.

For me its from 6am till 430pm. After that its gym from 515-7 usually sometimes alittle less.

I find it hard to find time to do cardio. My first intentions was to get up before work but I realized this just wasnt gonna happen so. Right before I work out i do a 10 minute walk right before I lift at 3.6mph. I usually go about half a mile in 10 minutes.

My workout last at least 50-60 MIn...lifting heavy, and with very little rest.

After Lifting I get back on the treadmill for 18 minutes. Walk get blood flowing, then run, walk, run, walk, run. I go in burst to get my hear rate up to around 180 or more. Gof for as long as I can, walk, let my hear rate get down to 130ish then go again do this for about 18 minutes...is this considered HIIT. Does this seam like I am getting enough cardio?

I have never really put much thought into cardio. I went from 340 to 280 by simply eating better and lifting. I was always worried how much weight I could push and have become more than average on strength. I want to look like I can actually move the weight I am pushing...so I decided to cut. I also want to be able to run a 5k for a charitable cause within the next year. I work out mon-fri and the cardio above is daily...on weekends I go for long walks.

    Any suggestions?

Actually sounds good man. HIITs save massive amounts of time. Here's my advice since you are a bigger guy and it's probably a good idea to lessen joint impact: You should use a walk at 3.5 or so at a low incline for about 90 secs for the "rest" portion of the treadmill intervals, then up the speed to about 3.8, and up the incline to 12% (or whatever you can handle) for 60-90 seconds. Repeat until you get to the 20 minute mark; any longer and you'll start to waste away the hard earned muscle you just got done working for. Let me know if you try it.
