Deadlift
220 x 1 Super fast
260 x 1 Grip almost went at the top but it wasn't a full on grinder
Put on straps
272.5(600) x 0 Got it to around my knees then it wasn't moving.
Not too upset by this as I have only been pulling again for like 2 weeks. It should go soon.
My hands are super soft/weak from all the time off. Hopefully my grip will catch up soon.
