    Thanks Tommy! Yeah I got pretty lucky in range of DB's. That gym goes to 140's, but another I go to has 150's. Still trying to talk Golds into going higher, probably just wishful thinking....but its worth a try, right?? Congrats on the Big PR! Just starting the offseason too!!!

    I don't have that problem. I don't know what my gym DBs goes to because I'm only in the vicinity when someone leaves the 40s in that area .

    Awesome work going on in here, Luke! Are those BB Rows in your most recent pic on Trove 26? Do you have a video of your form? I hear some guys saying to stand more upright, yet others basically do pendelay rows. Which do you prefer?
