I don't eat clean at all as you can see but idc I will cut fat off later during a cut time to bulk up. I am gonna keep bulking to 215lbs

goal pics 160lbs(My starting goal was 160)
and progress pics 190lbs
Time Frame in theses pictures where 11 months start to current.
Will be doing another 6 month bulk to 215lbs

190lbs Prob like 15 16%BF? Idk you tell me
I am gonna keep bulking till 215lbs then cut back down to 8-9%
I gonna work my chest shoulders and tris and lats the next 6 months I am on a new routine and it added 1/4 to my arm in under 3 weeks. And bringing out my upper chest well. I never trained upper chest because of rippetoes no upper bench and this is the results.

I made gains on my program while cutting and doing a speed camp (srs)
Jump Rope circuits and sprints shed the fat, fast. Actually, I was eating at maintenance or barely above and lost weight very slowly because I was gaining muscle.
Serious though, the jump rope and speed camps work amazing.
But where you came from, good stuff, even if it was a PH. But like I said I would up the jump rope and sprinting a lot and you'll look better while gaining weight."Giving your best is more important than being the best."
