Thanks to everyone who who offered good, relevant advice in my previous thread.
Based on that advice, I upped my calories to 1800, focusing primarily on protein. My goal has been to hit at least 100 grams of protein daily. I've also been more aware of how much water I drink through the day. I'm not up to a gallon yet, but I'm up to about 1/2 a gallon.
I also started back in the weight room with an upper / lower body split from the Women's Training Bible on BB.com along with my spin classes.
I am happy to say that I am at 214 this morning
I am definitely going to keep this up. I hate to say that upping my calories had crossed my mind in the past but it scared me. I'm not scared anymore, though.
Thanks again, everyone.
