    How does Bulking work?

    Eat slightly over maintainence and lift hard.

    How many days am i supposed to lift?

    I prefer 3 days a week, some like 4/5. It entirely depends on how fast you can recover from workout to workout.

    I've been in. Don't know how much I gained so far, but my arms are looking good, chest is alright, stomach is blah... I think I have to do more cardio. But I'm probably bulking until before next summer... gonna look ripped

    I'm trying to bulk to 200lbs but I was bulking too dirty now I've got too much fat lol.

    How can I build enough muscle to look good on a cut just keep lifting heavy but do a cleaner bulk from now on?

    I've been doing 3500 cals whereas before I was doing 4500ish. I've actually put on more weight on the cleaner bulk.

    get high protein, high fats, low carbs and eat around maintainence calories and make sure you are making strength gains. This will take a while but you will look 1000x better than if you were to bulk straight to 200.

    Yeah I've slowed my intake right down. I was gna do a mini cut but I'm finally starting to gain some rapid weight and that's not easy as a hard gainer.
