i been making few threads about this and decided on new plan what you guys think.
6'1 170 lbs
training 6 days a week 1 day off
cardio 4 times week 45minutes low intensity
eat 2800cals
1.5g protein x lbs
and fill in rest with cards (oats, sweet patato, brown rice)
biggest carb meals #1 and post workout
what would happen to my body?
