    Question Exercises without equipment

    HI!

Would love to brainstorm some exercises ideas with everyone which can be done in a back yard or open field that don't require any equipment yet still give a full body workout.

    ie.
    Lunges / walking/front and back/pulsing low
    Squats
    Planks
    Crab crawls
    Hopping
    Skipping
    Push ups
    Sumo squats

    Etc.

Any ideas or creative thoughts would be much appreciated!!! Cardio or resistance.

    Cheers!

    Fun: Outdoor sex!

    Not Fun: Burpees, shuttle runs

You can't get a full body resistance workout w/out equipment because in order to work the lats you need something to pull

    Burbees - good one!

Understand you can't provide a full body workout, but instead of using the 'usual' exercises, I'm trying to think of new ways to change it up - bit like outdoor circuit bootcamp style.

    Cheers!

If you are in someones back yard, girders in their garage or maybe even a clothes line if it is solid enough.

this or a horizontal fencepost/ monkey bars and the park.
