It's time again for another AWESOME OBF Contest!

With Winter coming to an end and Spring/Summer soon to be here do you want to get ready for the beach? Are you in the shape you want to be? Do you want the opportunity & the motivation to accomplish what you have planned? Well then THIS is the OBF Competition for YOU!

Online Bodybuilding Federation's 2010 SPECTACULAR SPRING CONTEST is the competition that will motivate you to reach your goals! This contest includes a Men's Transformation Contest and a Women's Contest Transformation Contest!

THE COMPETITION IS SIMPLE!

-Have fun!
-Be motivated!
-Reach your goals!
-Help motivate others!

It really doesn't get much easier then this... At the end of the contest the person who made the BEST Transformation for Men & Women, WINS!

The Top 5 in the Men's Transformation and the Top 3 in the Women's Transformation Contests will recieve any number of prizes from donating companies that usually hop on board in support of the OBF. Most of the prizes will be determined prior to the start of the contest, depending on what companies donate prizes. In the last contest approximately $3000 worth of Supplements were awarded!



Official Contest Rules

-Contestants must be 18 or older
-Men & Women are encouraged to participate.
-Before and After pictures must include a timeline proof (Newspaper, etc..) in ALL pictures.
-Begining pictures must be posted by the set date
-Final pictures must be posted by midnight on the addressed end date
-No "bashing" of fellow competitors
-Keep arguing to a minimum or not at all, if you become a problem you will be disqualified
-Must post at LEAST once a week is required in this OFFICIAL CONTEST THREAD. If you miss 2 weeks of posting you will be disqualified from the competition. I will be keeping track of who has posted.

Also... When you're posting try to be as active as you can. Posts like "posting" once a week won't cut it this time. Be active, participate, and motivate. Coming in and saying, "here is my post for this week" does absolutely NOTHING for your fellow competitors.
