    fish oils+Opti-men+amino fuels? this okay?

    What the title says.. Can i take all these pills at once after a meal when i leave the gym? i know i could take the vitamins and fish oils after.. but not sure if i could combine the aminos in there?

    you can combine them without any problem

    but...it would be more beneficial for absorption to take them at different times
