So I haven't taken any supplements at all in the last 5 months. I used to be on a few different kinds of creatine (mono and kre alch) but both gave me bad acne. I was forced to go on accutane and stop taking supps, now am looking to take a creatine that won't cause me to break out. I was thinking about the pure monohydrate. What do you guys think? Anyone relate?

Never heard of something like this happening. Were you taking anything else at the time?

what the hell, first time i've heard creatine cause acne, could it be your water intake was 2 low?

I'm guessing it was just pure chance that the creatine supplementation and acne breakouts occured at the same time.
