Alright I am trying to gain weight but no lose my speed. Now I've heard some many methods of gaining muscle mass I am completely Frustrated in what to do. From Muscle Confusion, to work out 3 times a week with reps, to low reps and in the gym everyday working on different parts of muscles. Can someone tell me what is the best way? my goal is to at least be 230 by at the most April.
