    Angry What is the Best Method for a High school Football Player?

    Alright I am trying to gain weight but no lose my speed. Now I've heard some many methods of gaining muscle mass I am completely Frustrated in what to do. From Muscle Confusion, to work out 3 times a week with reps, to low reps and in the gym everyday working on different parts of muscles. Can someone tell me what is the best way? my goal is to at least be 230 by at the most April.

    BBing doesn't equal training for a sport. keep that in mind when you make decisions. i reccommend Madcows 5 x 5. The version with the power cleans.

    Stick mainly to compounds and olympic lifts. Tire flips, sled pushes/pulls to get you more eplosive.

    Eat alot.

    Do sprints + pylometrics 3 times week to stay fast.
