    Chest sucks

    Right when I was getting chest results, hitting new PRs and **** (185x6), I get a stomach virus. After that, which was about 2 weeks ago, my chest still hasn't came back to its original strength, but everything else has. Does my chest just suck or am I not training right? What type of excercises should I do to build my chest strength faster? Thanks

    Reset the weight and continue back up. If you don't know what exercises to do for a body part, you need to be on a proven routine.. as you probably aren't too experienced. FYI too programs have resets for failure like this too

    185x6 is not "too heavy".
    Just lift for 1-2 weeks and your strength will come back

    Your numbers aren't at a point where you should be even concerned with them. At the stage your at just focus on working the muscle don't worry about moving the weight work the muscle work the negatives and really feel what you are working. Lifting and seeing results is all through trial and error I am by no means an IFBB pro I don't even compete but I have lifted for a few years now and I can tell you that the most important thing for a new lifter is form form form. Don't worry about the weight the #'s will come
