Good Afternoon Folks.

I had my up and downs the last 5 months just like anyone esle .

after the last 5 yrs or so dealing again my Psoriasis , I finally found a " RELIEF GEL "
to clear & clean up my forearms, shins, and face . YES that is why i hardly posted any pictures. My skin is doing so great i cant describe it . a coworker wanted to go to thier DR
and doing treatments. Soi i researched it and was no thank you to lasers and " Tape "

My home gym is packed as bad as a sardine can. So i exspanded outside.
Training is going great again. no FLAREUPS , and much better sleeping.

Just alot of stuff in my life distracting from training, like i want to .So I Made a checklist again. just 1 major project left but its on hold till the fall ( after mid sept )

I have 11 months to get in the best shape of my life .
NO training partners . EVERYONE is all yack . 3 yrs later i wasted too much time
My gym has more equipment in the last 15 months or so .
I want to compete in a local strongman show and due well .
So It's time to drop from 285 lbs to under 240lbs.

NO DISTRACTIONS . lost a few freinds but oh well,
i have a wake to go to tonight ,
former co worker , 37 ,

37 yrs young dies last weds . in his sleep or heartattack, will find out tonight .
life is too short . I cant believe I've been with my wife 26 yrs ( june 18)
in my house and married 18 yrs ( june 20) . My son justin is 13-1/2 ( dec 2 )
and 5-7 173lbs , mens size 11 shoe., and I'm 43 . WHERE and how fast my life has flown by

NOW to CELLUCOR . I got picked and recieved a EXTREME ENERGY weight loss 30 day kit

i wasted it . and took it here and there.

Bought another kit and it sat .

TODAY i woke up and said TUES am i start everything my way .
too many arguements with myself and family about stuff . enough is enough .

I got this kit and P6 EXTREME .

My apoligies to MIKE and CELLUCOR for my actions .

Everything in life happens for a reason.

11 months to my first strongman and now is my time to drop weight ( bodyfat)

as my thinking i forgot to pickup a USA TODAY newspaper ,I'll go out later and take pictures and video , ( now that my forehead is NOT a FKN mess anymore )
