Yeah search around. Some good proteins that was listed above. But really, you will get a lot of different opinions on this. Some great protein supps out there. My personal fav is Gaspari Myofusion.

thanks, was discussing this with the personal trainer up my gym, and he was advising me to get cnp whey protein, im not too sure if he is just doin this as its the 1 they sell in the gym, any of yous used it before ??

I use ON gold standard whey. The price is great and its primary protein is whey isolates

your looking for a post workout protein? then your probably going to want a whey or isolate type protein. look around a see what you can get for a good price. if you are questioning the quality, search or make a thread and then we will opinion on the protein. all the whey or MGN protein is a good protein and wont hurt the wallet.

for post workout try supp directs filtered isolate. mix with your carb source.

That would be stupid because it is probably overpriced at the gym.

I'm a huge fan of AllMax Isoflex, Allmax AllWhey if moneys an issue and MGN Whey. The vanilla flavor tastes great!
