Getting sick of canned tuna/chicken..
Also, is there a way to make my tuna/chicken less bland that won't negatively affect my diet? (Needs to be cut friendly, I am worried about too much calories, and carbs).

Tofu is good. Stuff like chickpeas are also good. I love salmon steaks personally.
Tuna: spoon of mayo, mix it up with some chickpeas and basil. Delicious.
Chicken: stirfry. Marinate it in terriyaki sauce overnight, or just cook at liberally in sauce. Failing that, cut it up into kebabs and put satay sauce on it.
