I am unhappy with my diet here is a rough example of what i eat
Controlled labs GM creatine / omega 3 fish oil
2 kebabs a week (high in oil)
loads of fruit (wide variety) berrys and home made fruit juices / or breakfast
For lunch i eat heaps of fruit with lots of bread like chicken letuce on a bread roll/ sushi/ greek salad
for a snack i will have 2 ham and tomato sandwitch's with lettuce tomato cheese (more bread)
dinner what ever my mum makes me usually not to much meat but veggies and salad it is usually healthy (tomato sauce)
I dont take protein drinks much. maybe 50 days of the year i will have a shake twice per day
I like my body but i think i can do way better with my diet as all i know about a body builder diet it protein
please help i want to take weight lifting seriosly and get the fat layer of my abs and build up my small chest!
