yeah, everytime my back feels nice and tight but when I look at the recording it doesnt look so arched. I might do light deficit deads as assistances while keeping the arch and keeping the glutes active as well as work on flexibility
every time at least on snatch. idk know why, maybe because of watching videos of people doing it lol

Even if you weren't to get any stronger on any of your lifts. When you turn 20, you'd be so far ahead of someone the same age that's just starting.
Technique and just getting the motion to become second nature. Doing by not doing. A true athlete doesn't think about it, they know the motion so well that it comes naturally.Squat: 135 lbs
Bench: 225 lbs
Deadlift: 185 lbs
Stop quoting my stats. I know what I'm doing if I can deadlift 1.5 plates.

just realize that yes, in fact, there is some chest involvement in the lifts. be shirtless, simulate a pull, sweepin the bar in at all, look at ur chest, **** bricks

Random question (mostly directed to ftwrestler since he likes doubles) also only partially srs.
You're attempting a PR double in the clean. You make the first clean easily. On the second clean, you make a slight mistake and your hand slips off the bar. So you ditch it. You take a deep breath, pull again, and succeed this time. Also, your clean sets are always preceded by a pull (it helps to ingrain the habit of proper pulling).
So you do this:
Clean Pull
Successful Clean
Failed Clean
Succesful Clean
You may think of this as the world's ****tiest inadvertent clean complex.
Does this count as a double PR?
