I should have explained lol, I tore both of my thumb calluses on my prev sets (hook gripping). I was actually gonna go a bit higher but due to the straps I didn't feel too "safe" incase I missed it. Made my racking ability a lot worse with those things.
I really have to work on mobility/healing up my calves. Due to extreme sharp pain on side of calves I've been limited on how heavy I can squat and today there was no way I could even back squat 255 let alone front squat it thus the ****ty power cleans.Misc Strength Crew

I train with an azn version of myself lol. We used to be pretty close in strength and he was power cleaning 100kg a year ago like me( with bad form) but now he's at 110/140+ as a 77 lmao. The guy is an absolute beast. 170kg bench, 170+ front squat, 250 deadlift, 140 push press, 110kg strict press (yep its unreal)
There is no hope for me however, I have terrible mobility and usually am too lazy to work at it. I have random spurts of actually being able to lift for a couple of weeks then I get tight/lose form and just end up fooling around with curls and bench in the gym. I am way more into weightlifting as a hardcore fan.

My training time and ability to lift is pretty small, so I was wondering if something like this would work?
5 doubles of a weight for monday, then 10 singles for a slightly heavier weight the next, and vice versa everyday until sunday. Then monday add five lbs and do it again.6'0 249 @ 18 years old in AVI
Goals @ 225 or Less
