Hello!
I made this workout and nutrition plan for me to start using a few online sources.
I need some input as to if it's a good plan or not.
Are there any improvements I can make? The sample at the bottom are my personal macros.
Please give me any and all feedback! Thanks!

Easiest improvement, do not carb cycle as it gives no benefit and just makes things more complicated. Hit protein and fat minimums then fill out remaining calories as you like.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Cycling low carb/high fat days with high carb/low fat days is a terrible idea. The switch causes nitrogen loss. It takes >2 weeks for the body to properly switch to a low/carb high fat diet.
And training a muscle only once per week will not give you optimal stimulus to grow. Should be at least twice per week.Recommended science based fitness & nutrition information:
