    Sports and training

    Hey guys right know it is full swing cross country season and i have a problem. i dont have much time to workout and the time that i do is at night after i do hw and eat. i was wondering wat a good 3 day split would be.

    i think best three day splits are

    monday - push, shoulders, chest, triceps
    wednesday - pull, back, biceps
    friday - legs, quads, hams, calves

    make sure to eat something after your workout too.

    And IMO if you are serious about cross country running, you shouldn't be bodybuilding, pick one go with it.
