Double T Sports NO Beta Log

I just got the package today!

The overall look of the bottle is pretty cool I think. The pills do not seem to be overly huge either, which is a plus to me!

I will start this log on Monday when I start my first workout of the week.

My workout days usually look like this:

    Sunday: Off
    Monday: Legs/Bicep
    Tuesday: Back/Triceps
    Wednesday: Shoudler/Traps/Abs
    Thursday: Off
    Friday: Bicep/Forearms/Abs
    Saturday: Chest/Triceps

I normally do cardio after all my workouts but Saturdays workout. Cardio usually lasts 20-45 minutes depending on the time I have available to me.

My diet is normally the same Monday-Friday with some slight changes:

    Pre-Workout
2 scoops protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal
    Post Workout
    1 Scoop protein, 1 banana

Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 banan, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 tblspoon peanut butter
Meal 2: 6oz Chicken Breast, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 20 almonds
Meal 3: 2 scoops protein, 1/2 cup of oats, 1 tblspoon peanut butter
Meal 4: 6 oz chicken breast, Whole wheat noodles, veggies
Meal 5: 1 scoop protein, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 tblspoon peanut butter

Saturday and Sundays diet is a little different every weekend. Normally its close to the weekdays but I'm always pressed for time and can normally only get it 4 of the meals in so they are a little larger.

I'm definitely looking forward to starting this log!

    Glad you got your bottle

    a couple things to remember

    1. lots of water
    2. make sure you take it on an empty stomach
    3. Keep your carbs high or at least moderate

Also did you get the biceps workout I sent out - I'd be really eager for you to have your first experience with NO-Beta using that workout - if you do it as I wrote it you will get rocked.

Oh! i also have issues with tabs - my son will pop like 15 at once and I choke on aspirin.

    Good luck bro

Monday I did Legs with a little Bicep.

I woke up and took 4 pills to test how it would go.

A little later I had 2 scoops protein with 1/2 cups of oats. Then I hit the gym.

    Legs:
    Squats
    Leg Extensions
    Leg Curl
    Lying Leg Curl
    Seated Calf Raise
    Leg Press
    Standing Leg Press

    Bicep:
    Preacher Curl
    Alt Curl
    Concentrated Curl

    2 Forearms

    20 mins of cardio

    Meals were:

Meal 1: 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1 banan, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 1 tblspoon peanut butter
Meal 2: 6oz Chicken Breast, 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 20 almonds
Meal 3: 2 scoops protein, 1/2 cup of oats, 1 tblspoon peanut butter
Meal 4: 6 oz chicken breast, Whole wheat noodles, veggies
Meal 5: 1 scoop protein, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 tblspoon peanut butter

Overall for the 1st day, I felt a good pump! I could definitely tell it was there! The only thing I'm missing from a Pre-Workout is the energy since I workout so early in the morning. I also took the other 4 pills in the afternoon.

    Tuesday:

This day I took the full 6 pills twice daily.

    Back:
    Pull Ups- 2 Sets

    Everything else was 4 sets

    Dead Lifts
    DB Rows
    Lat Pulldown
    Cable Rows
    Straight Bar Pulldowns

    Tricep:
    Close Grip Bench
    One Hand Press Down
    Rope Press Downs
    Tricep Machine Press Downs

My triceps were feeling pretty pumped. For some reason I have trouble getting a good pump in my triceps. With the NO Beta I had a real good pump that I liked a lot.

My meals were the same as the previous day except Meal 5 I had a grilled chicken salad.

    Friday was Bicep day!

    Preacher Curls
    1 Arm Preacher Curls
    Concentrated Curls
    One arm cable curls
    Wide Grip EZ Curls
    Alt Curls
Light Preacher Curls to finish it off

    Abs:
    Rope Crunch
    Weighted Sit Ups

Overall a great workout. I had a awesome pump going on. After the first set of preacher curls my arms were getting pretty pumped. They just got pumped a lot faster than normal. I was using the NO Shotgun before the NO Beta and I think the NO Beta is doing more in terms of pumps for me than the NO Shotgun.

Meals were the same as previously in the week.

    Saturday:

    Chest:
    Bench Press
    Inlcined Press
    Declined Press
    Pec Dec
    Cable Flys
    Chest Press Machine

    Tricep:
    One Hand Press Down
    Straight Bar
    Rope Pressdown
    Body Dips
    Tricep Press Down Machine

Awesome workout again. My Chest was so pumped during the cable flys. My Fiance said it looked bigger than it usually does during my chest workouts. My chest just felt so full! Triceps were the same as earlier in the week. Pretty good pump and felt good after the workout. Like before I said its hard for me to get a good pump but the NO Beta really helps me with getting the awesome pump I'm looking for.

Sorry, I haven't been able to update this past week. I have written down my workouts and thoughts on the workouts though. I've just been busy with work and haven't had anytime to post a update.

    Friday: Biceps

    Machine Preacher Curl
    One Arm Preacher Curl
    Alt. Curls
    Overhead Cable Curl
    Concentrated Curl
    Hammer Curls
    Wide Grip EZ Curls

    3 forearm exercises.

I did not record the weight used though like before. I did lift heavy though. My biceps felt very very pumped. I really concretrated on squeezing at the peak of the movements, which really made them burn good!

    Saturday:

    Chest:
    Bench Press
    Inlcined Press

    Pec Dec- 265lbs!
    Cable Flys
    Chest Press Machine

    Tricep:
    DB Raise
    Straight Bar Press Down

A great workout here. My chest looked nice and pumped and my triceps were feeling the pump as well! My chest was pretty sore the next day. I did increase weight on some of the workouts as noted.

    Legs:
    Squats
    Leg Extensions
    Leg Curl
    One Leg Curl
    Seated Calf Raise
    Leg Press
    Standing Leg Press

    Bicep:
    Preacher Curl
    1 Arm Preacher Curl
    Alt Curl
    Concentrated Curl

    2 Forearms

Overall a great workout I thought. My legs were sore for the next following days which is nice. Had a great pump in my arms as well. The NO Beta has really given me a great pump in my arms. More so than the other pre-workouts I have tried so far.
