Why would you take a picture of another person in the mirror rather then just stand in front of the person and take his picture?
Don't make zoolander faces in pictures

Like most people, how about you don't focus on working on a single part and give 100% effort on each? I don't get it, things are going to lag but that doesn't mean don't focus on others. You all need to just lift heavy, your only going to get what you put into it, like i say to get that crazy body you gotta feel like sh!t inside to get the outside to look like the Sh!t but thats just me.

1. the pics were taken at the gym...
2. I do eat.. I recently cleaned up my diet and lost about 20 lbs of fat.. now i'm working on starting a good clean bulk to put on about 20 lbs of muscle..
3. i have one and she took some of the pics ..
but thanks for all the input.. i told everyone we need to seriously start bulking..

Also, I had a question about bulking..
I get hungry alot and I plan on eating strictly CLEAN (which for me means only healthy foods, lots of fruits, veggies, brown/whole wheat rice and bread, pasta, tuna, eggs, chicken and beans + protein shakes) but.. if i eat too much ~1000 more calories than I eat right now, does that make it a dirty bulk and hinder my results?
