I could be wrong, but I think it will be hard to get arms and shoulders in on one day. I don't think a shoulder press is enough to take care of your delts. A lot of people at my gym neglect their shoulders. They look retarded having this mass of muscle (triceps) hanging from this fleshy looking knob they call a shoulder.

    Just my opinion.

didn't see that. what about your rear delts? I am also a fan of dips, or some other heavy tricep exercise. no need for two tricep extensions

personally, I think that it's hard to get arms done with just a few isolation exercises - but that's just me.

out of curiosity, what was your old plan?

split ur legs/back day prob. U wont increase as much by doing squats and deadlifts the same day. also i personally would drop tri ext and replace with dips/weighted dips. this is a personal preference but i think its a better workout.

switch rows with deadlifts, add pull-ups (palm of hands facing away from body) on the second back day. also as i mentioned above personal pref to do dips vs tri ext. otherwise good rep counts and not a bad split. I prob would add a fourth day (if u had the time and go to exhaustion but thats just me)

    What about adding a 4th day into your 3 day-per-week rotation? In other words M W F M.
I do this and use the Friday workout every week as my power day. Still hits everything every 4 or 5 days.

    Sigh.

On a 4 day rotation you still only work out 3 days a week.

    For example:

    Tuesday: Day one
    Thursday: Day two
    Saturday: Day three
    Tuesday: Day four
    Thursday: Day one
    Saturday: Day two
    Tuesday: Day three
    Thursday: Day four
and so on and so on....
