For example.. 1 scoop of whey is 1 serving... would it hurt if I take two? 1/2 cup of cottage cheese is 1 serving.. would it hurt it if I eat 1 cup? I'm struggling with my diet right now because I want to eat A LOT without eating TOO MUCH during 1 meal. its frustrating.
