Are there any flavored drinks without citric acid or sugar in them?

Does it? We need vitamin C though, and just about every fruit with it has tons of citric acid... I say just brush your teeth more often and get an enamel preserving toothpaste like aquafresh if you're worried about it.
Edit: Also, considering you hardly eat any sugar as a diabetic, your teeth are going to be better off than most.Training, philosophy, nutrition and biomedical discussion (2.0): http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146797403

Like I said, a lot of it is also the toothpaste you use. Big factors are also flossing and how often you brush your teeth. Certain mouthwashes help to. One thing is for sure though: if you brush your teeth after consuming something worrisome, it won't harm your teeth.
Check out the Fuse drinks. They're delicious, and sweetened with sucralose.Training, philosophy, nutrition and biomedical discussion (2.0): http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146797403
