    shoulders

    tryin to get my shoulders a bit wider and my traps bigger, wondering what exercises i should do to help me out, any tips????? gona hit the gym in about an hour so hopin for some quick answers

    lateral raises, front raises, reverse flyes for width. As you cap your delts (front, sides, and rears) you will begin to appear wider. For your traps do shrugs with a barbell, db, and behind the back shrugs. Also throw in some upright rows. You should deadlift once a week too, those are great for traps.

    Wider shoulders usually means working the medial delts - I like presses, wide-grip upright rows, and side laterals

    Traps: shrugs, power shrugs, deadlifts
