    DB bench to flat bench ratio

    If I can db bench the 65's for 8-10 reps how many time could I bench 135? I heard that you have to use less weight with db's so my bench would probably be higher?

    i do 65x8 on dumbbell bench (i do them after barbell incline though, so it might not be the same for you), and i rep 175X8 on barbell bench

    There is no ratio. If you work DB bench exclusively, it'll be close to your flat bench. Another problem is the vary ROM people use with dumbbells - a lot of morons don't go nearly as low as they do with barbell.
