Vascularity
As early on as day 2 a definite, and significant, increase in vascularity was noticeable. The most profound results seemed to occur about an hour after taking the two cap dose, and for me, lasted the better portion of the day (results may differ based on when you take it and when you eat).
Muscle Fullness/Hardness
This as well was noticeable as early on as day 2. Glycobol brought on a round the clock increase in muscle fullness that had me checking my reflection twice to make sure it was really me I was seeing. Pretty unbelievable.
Strength
Ok, here's the one most people are probably wondering about, and let me tell ya, Glycobol delivers big time. Personal records are something I'm very used to in the gym, I have a routine that works perfectly for me and strive to increase in either weight, reps, or both every workout. But there is a steady pace at which this occurs for me, a predictable curve really, and the charts spiked on this stuff! Every workout exceeded my expectations. This happened on a diet designed for recomping, not for gaining strength, and yet I was still able to move more weight then I predicted for myself. Can't ask for much more then loosing weight and gaining strength at the same time.
Recovery
Honestly, I'm never really that sore after a workout, except for leg days, and that didn't change at all. I will however say that my recovery in the gym was without a doubt improved. I constantly surpassed whatever rep goal I had in mind for almost every lift, every time. Just felt like I could never reach the point of complete exhaustion.
Fat Loss
As I touched on, I did loose weight during the four weeks, but i didn't follow any sort of cutting diet. My goal for the four weeks was to slowly and steadily peel away some body fat while at least maintaining my muscle mass, but preferable gaining some. I went from ~180lbs to ~172lbs, and from ~13% body fat to ~9%. Those are stats I'm more then pleased with given that I'm stronger at 172lbs then I was at 180. Again, this happened on a diet not specifically geared for cutting, so someone who is going that route may experience even better results.
In The Gym Pumps
In a word; ridiculous. So much fun
Side Effects
I definitely experienced an increase in my number of bowel movements per day. No idea if this is related to any single ingredient or the product as a whole. Hey, it's a sign of increased protein synthesis though, or at least the product of it, so I'll deal with it.
Dosing Protocol
- 2 caps with my first meal of the day: About 100g of carbs from whole grain bread, oats, and fruit.
- 2 caps with a meal about 7 hours later: Usually 60-80g of carbs from vegetables and noodles of some kind.
I did not take Glycobol with my preworkout meal as I lift only about 3 hours after breakfast, and I wanted to take one of the doses with breakfast. So I spaced the dosages out, taking one in the AM and one in the PM everyday.
Conclusion
Glycobol fits in well anywhere; whether your cutting, bulking, or recomping like me, it will accelerate your progress ten fold. Like I said, I'm stronger now at 172lbs then I was at 180lbs. My arms also hit an all time high of 15 1/4 inches today at a lesser body weight then prior to starting this stuff....I can't get over that. Any product that can defy the laws of nature like that gets my support. Anabolic Innovations releases a lot of products true to their name and the quality always seems to be superb. This stuff flat out works, and it works well, so i went ahead and got a second bottle ready to go for another 4 weeks....I'm just not ready to get off this ride yet! The best $42 I ever spent on supplements.

thanks for the review. how did you dose it and with what amount of carbs? have you ever tried anything similar like anabolic pump? if so, what were your results with that?
i am asking because i was thoroughly unimpressed by anabolic pump and saw this new product and thought it might be another let down for me.

Im picking up a couple of bottles..
Ive been taking K-ALA of late, before meals of maybe 30-40g of carbs and my strength is going to all time highs, basically like when i was 96kgs and 15% BF.. now im about 86kgs around 11%.. Im leaning out quite nice.. no changes in diet or any cardio..
So im expecting nice results from this product, can't wait

Jeebus, Glycobol does not require any support supps. It also doesn't need any PCT. The ingredients are actually very healthy for you besides being a great muscle gainer and fat loss product..

Big PR today
So I'm in week 5 of Glycobol now and everything is continuing to go very well. I changed the dosing schedule up a bit for this second bottle so now I'm taking one cap with breakfast, another 2 hours later with my pre-workout meal, and the remaining two caps 3 hours later with my post-workout meal. Can't tell at this point if it's working better like this or the same as before, but it's definitely still working.
