If you're going with water, you don't want the traditional "milk-aimed" flavors like chocolate and strawberry.
Try grapefruit. I've seen some citrus-flavored wheys around. My Starting Strength journal:

@caa5000 - i dont understand most of your post, not sure if you do?
i do use whey, i know its cheaper, thats why
i dont want to use carbs cause i dont eat a lot
pancakes contain carbs
besides, of course i can drink it even if i dislike it, once, twice, a week, a month, but i use 2x50g per day (at least) as my inbetween snacks for xxx time, so it really should taste decent, i grew out of the age where i ate and drink every **** simply cause it is good for my body

The name just reflects the appearance, not the taste
It's whey mixed with a tiny bit of water and usually some PB (to create a 'sludgy' texture). You can either freeze it or add a tsp of baking powder and nuke it to make a 'sludge brownie'.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this:
Cinnamon. Just a tiny bit, it improves the taste significantly. Obviously it's not a great idea in some flavors, but for the chocolate and vanilla varieties, cinnamon helps alot. Also, as has already been said, the brand DOES make a difference. I like ON 100% Whey. I made the mistake of getting some of that Body Fortress stuff from Wal Mart once.
