Progress halted by small issues? (Help! I'm at a plateau)

I've lifting and losing weight for nearly a year now and I'm down to just under 170 and lost 30+ lbs and gained about 10 lbs of muscle, but now every time I dip under 170 I'm able to keep it up for about a week, then I'll slip basically cancel out all the progress I've made over the week.

Has this happened to anyone else? How did you break through it?

Right now I'm eating about 2050 Calories a day (my maintenance is about 2400 before calories a burn lifting), which is up about 200 from the 1850 I was eating all last year. I raised calories because I'm almost at 12% and need to start cutting more slowly.

I'm wondering why I'm having more trouble sticking to my diet now that I've raised my calories... I also feel hungry more often...
