Im just starting off with supplements, and I was wondering if there are any specific creatine types that are more gears towards women? Ex. Less Stomach bloating, or maybe just not as strong as other creatine supplements. I heard about something called creatine ethyl ester, a website claims it works a lot better than creatine mono and doesn't cause bloating; I feel like this is probably too good to be true. Anyone know anything about it?

Bloating happens when either A. You take too much or B. You dont drink enough water. If you stick to 4g a day of Creatine Monohydrate and drink about 1 gallon, you'll be fine.

I feel like the best creatine for women would be con-cret...it is not going to make then hold as much water weight as your basic monohydrate. Not many women want to have that typical water weight creatine look and con-cret doesn't do that. They also should not gain as much weight because of this. I know how scale conscious instead of mirror conscious women are. And because of holding water creatine monohydrate can put on 15lbs on a scale.

Never once said it stored with fat? But just answer this and I am out...what do you think is happening when creatine is causing the stomach bloats? Water retention? Hci targets muscle tissue only therefor holds less water. Im done arguing on the Internet I was just trying to get straight to what would be best with the least side effects and help her out.

If it doesnt store in adipose tissue, where does it store besides contractile tissue?
Creatine causes stomach bloat when you're body isnt getting enough water. Drink more and it magically goes away, know how? Cause when you dont drink adequately your body tries to store water as a preventative measure. If you keep your intake high and steady your body tells itself it has a steady intake and doesnt need to store it.
You're trying to push a unnecessary designer product on her. Please go.Xtreme Formulations Aficionado

There are alot of bunk products, but there are even more studies proving Plain Creatine Monohydrate is superior to other forms.

Guess what the difference between Creatine-HCl and Creatine Monohydrate is, in terms of efficacy as an ergogenic aid and ability to saturate muscles? I'll give you a hint, it's the same difference between half a dozen and the number 6.
@OP: Creatine monohydrate is the cheapest/most effective creatine for the price. Purchase a CreaPure source such as Allmax Creatine to ensure purity. 3-5g/day, each and every day. You'll saturate your muscles in about 2-4 weeks time, and just maintain the dose to keep at saturation.
Creatine Ethyl Ester is not a better source either. If you want a designer creatine, Magnesium Creatine Chelate is a better option.

If your worried about water retention and GI stress AAEFX does have a woman's version of Krealkalyn. You may want to look into that. I had a client that tried it and said they felt they had good gains on it.
If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.

Yeah same I'm not going for the whole ripped abs thing, I feel like that looks weird on girls. But my bellies always been naturally soft and I feel like if I got bloated from creatine I'd just look fat lol.
Valhalla Bound, I'll look into both. Thanks!
kr1 kit, Hopefully I won't look like that o.0 lol
