    Starting out lifting. Weee!

    Hi all! I'm starting to lift weights seriously because, even though it's cliche, I'm sick of being skinny. I'm 5'9" and I started out weighing about 150lbs, and now I'm at around 159. I've been going for about a month now.

    I'm currently focusing on a four day split routine, so we'll see how this works. I also don't know how much I want to gain, maybe up to 165, 170 maybe. We'll see how it goes.

    Anyways, just thought I'd post cause veryone else is!

    I'm sure you know it, but you should wait a little longer between updates to see more. I am in the same boat as you though, i'm also tired of being a twig. Went from 151 to 166 in about 3 weeks. Eat big, lift big, sleep big, get big. I chant that whenever i need some motivation!

    Yeah, I kinda figured posting the three weeks after pics was kind of pointless. But you know that feeling you get when you start something really exciting and you just want to do as much with it as you can? Wow, that didn't make much sense.

    But anyways, I'm just excited to be expecting changes to start appearing in my physique!
