Hi All,
I have noticed that the lateral heads of my deltiods are developing unevenly - for my left delt, the rear medial head is much bigger then the front medial head, whereas it is the opposite with my right delt (by uneven, i dont mean that one shoulder is bigger than the other).
My shoulder workout currently consists of seated DB presses, DB lateral raises and upright rows (and also rear delt and traps work on my back day).
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can fix and retain a more even development of the lateral heads? I thinking that maybe i should alter my workout, so i do two sets of laterals leaning abit further forward, and then two sets leaning back a little?
If you have any suggestions, please keep in mind i have not yet reached a year of training, so i dont want to include too many sets, or too complicated movements.
Cheers
Adam

My right tricep loooooks smaller than my left (the pipe I mean...that fabled horseshoe) doesn't mean it actually is.
It's like...why does your face look different from mine? Same difference.
Check your form, check your back alignment in all things for symmetry, always do lots of iso//bosu ball stuff like push-ups for symmetry.
And if it still is that way no biggie...as long as they function the same.
Do dumbell work on shoulders more than barbell presses.
