This is the second part of the PL family thread. There's no longer a real family, so I won't repeat the family list here.
HOWEVER, this is not a "garbage" chat thread, we expect everyone in this thread to behave correctly...this is not the Misc.
Here are the top 30 posters for the initial thread, following close.

This thread is closed until the original hits 10K posts, at which time it will open. The cannibal started the first, only fitting that he get to start the second.

How about some training advice guys?? Back ground.. I've been training on an advance mass building program for about 6 months.. then I had to go through cancer treatment for a few weeks.. not like the heavy stuff.. nothing to serious.. anyway that's only important cause one of the meds I was on has the side effect of weaking tendons. (The effects of this could last up to another 6 months.) Since I took the meds I've had to injuries, a bicep tendon strain (which happen during a clean & press) and lower back (deadlifting..my bad though I was angry and tried to just snatch the weight up). I was ok by a sports med doc to go back to full training yesterday.. but I have to be a little carefull about training for a while.. so he suggested I start with a SAIS program or an intermiate 5x5 program. Which training program would be better??

I was going to say that you should hang around the higher rep range, for powerlifting principles, none of this 12,000 reps per set ****, so 5 reps per set is fine, yeah. Mainly if you're going to have problems with tendon weakness, I'd advise to stay with relatively light weight until you can build them up...
