Burn fat? Green Tea!!
If you look at all these crazy fat burning supplements you will see that most of them contain either green tea or EGCG. EGCG, which is found in green tea, is a potent extract that is proven to safely raise your metabolism as well as fight degeneration of cells. My recommendation would be to go straight to the source: Premium, highly pulverized, organic green tea. Have 3-5 fresh tea bags per day (allowing the tea bag to steep for three minutes per) and with a few weeks (even if you change nothing else) you will notice leaner, harder looking muscles along with increased energy and a whole slew of other health benefits.

If you are searching for a non-stimulant type of fat-loss supplement then you might be interested to try Dicana.

Fat burners is a broad terms used by product that always have a caffeine base.
It's good if you need a kick in the butt.
Take it for one month or for the duration of the bottle, but then again...
You need to continue your workout AFTER you took the fat burners.
Caffeine is nice and all, but it's a drug that taxes your body.
It borrow tomorrow's energy and give it to you.
Remember that your body will have less energy and will slow down when you'll finish the bottle.
The best thing you can do is to add more hours to your sleep. As You Think, So Shall You Become - Bruce Lee | But it ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. - Rocky Balboa |
Are we affected only by our outward experience or are there other worlds that affect us? Hidden worlds -- that exist in the heart and in the blood. We are shaped by our experience, both within and without, present and past... and we pass those experiences on in our blood, giving birth to new generations and sometimes... new worlds.
