    well i was injured for 4 months, just got back into it 2 weeks ago..

    idk if i should cut or bulk?

    Hrmm i dont actually know, If it wer me i would probally clean bulk. Then cut..

    Cause if you cut now you will just be skinny IMO,

    So clean bulk then cut.

    yeah you've kidna got yourself a dilemma man...if you cut you'll be lean obviously but you'll be pretty small. if you bulk you'll be getting bigger but you'll still be carrying around the extra weight...it just comes down to which you would rather go for.

    Try a one month or so really clean cut and then a three-four month clean bulk maybe.

    i'd cut.. since all i care about is being lean/ripped... then i'd work my way up with a clean bulk

    Just eat clean, 100-200 cals over your maintain and lift hard. then cut later.
