Since September a lot of things have happened and I got lazy with my diet (two hurricanes/cancer diagnosed and death of significant family member/being second in command of an oil company during second worse bear market in oil in past 80 years(we hedged at $101/bbl so that worked out)). I have something coming up in December and Feb that I'd like to get in shape for so this log will keep me honest.
Starting Sunday afternoon the 23rd got serious.
5'9" tall.
Monday am weight: 218.6- whey/meat/almonds/almond butter/lifted am/cycled pm
Tuesday am weight: 215.8 - whey/meat/almonds/almond butter/lifted am/ treadmill pm
Wednesday am weight: 213.6
"fat loss" supplements:
3 CLA/2 borage oil twice per day
2 ECGC from NOW twice per day
1 cayenne cap twice per day
1 bronkaid/three cups of coffee AM
1 bronkaid/1 caffeine pill PM
third dosage at 4:00 PM optional

Wednesday am weight: 213.6- 34 pants a little tight/36 to loose.
50 g Whey 5:30 AM.
8 oz tuna/ green salad no dressing/hand full almonds noon.
12 oz ny strip/teaspoon of almond butter.
had some almond butter throughout day- not good about recording it and won't worry about it unless it appears to be causing problems.

Thursday AM: weight 211.6- strict induction is dramatic. No gym or cardio yesterday but met the group and danced from 9:00 until 10:30 last night- it was hot inside and sweated a lot.

Saturday am weight: 213.6
morning: 50 g of whey and couple of spoonfuls of almond butter. gym AM arms.
lunch: leftover turkey- the skin on fried turkey is just as good the second day along with some ham leftover- probably 8+ oz of turkey. handful of almonds. bowling after lunch.
evening: Two grilled chicken breasts with romaine and cucumber with a little Italian dressing and vinegar. Big spoonful of Almond butter. Went dancing with wife from 9:00 until 11:30. Went out Friday had pizza, Saturday watched SEC and Big 12 championship game. Need to decide if I'm going to BCS championship game. Ate what I wanted but didn't overdue it. Sunday had lunch with family- tightened up after 4:00 PM.
Practiced Christmas routine for 3 hrs- partner had been sick so we missed last Tues/Thursday. Routine is learned and we recorded it- feet and arms look good (which is what I was worried about footwork and not leaving arms dangling)- need to smile and move body more. Now we are working on finer details.
5:30 AM 50 g whey
6:00 am gym back/shoulders.
9:00 am 30 minutes on cardio machines
noon: 25 g whey, 1 hamburger patty, 1 tablespoon of almond butter.

4:30 am 50 g of whey
6:00 am gym, bi's/tri's. First workout with new partner- things went great. She's as motivated as I am - I haven't sweated that hard during lifting since I worked out with my last partner- I stopped lifting with him in July of 2003.
noon: 10 oz ground beef,green salad,cup of green beans
3:30: 2 teaspoons of almond butter
6:00: 1 chicken breast

5:00am 50 g of whey. Tris are very sore- yesterdays workout is reintroducing itself this morning.
6:00 am back/shoulders/ ab workout was a killer. Benefit of working out with a female is they seem to be much better at ab work- it killed me.
lunch: T-bone steak and a few almonds.

Got up a little late this am went out last night with group and did Country/and west coast swing. Shut it down around 10:00 in bed by 11:00. Got up at 5:30am EC to the rescue this morning! A left over yellow sub(those were the best herbals imo) from the before times with a primatene.
6:00 Gym- legs: box step ups,extensions/curls, sissy squats, abs.
7:00 50 g of whey.
