Yeh i hear you, i made a mistake and didn't stay on at 6th form... i got pretty good grades like a few B's and the rest C's. Now i am actually looking for work for a few months before i join the Royal Navy I can actually find any. Im currently applying to work for Npower, they said they wont to give me the job but they need to check my references so fingers crossed. Jayce what do you think the solution would be to increase jobs available... and to get Englands pride back?

No education isn't that bad i am just angry and cba to type eight sentences explaining the situation our country is in at the moment. I do actually understand basic economics... and the fact that we need immigrants to work in jobs/roles that most of the Brittish people wont consider doing. But what I am not pleased about is the lack of thought going into where they will be homed... and how many they are going to let into our country.

Why is "Crime" on the "Increase"?
Since 1997 (and the Labour Government) coming into power, various new laws have been passed (many bad, many good) and coupled with the fact that there are now new chances to "break the law" than before, crime of course will be on the increase.
Think back to 1997 - did we have the internet-on-mass? No we didn't. Did we have chip and pin? No we didn't. I can go on and on but if you have one new crime created then crime will be on the increase.
There are now less people dead by knife attacks than last year, which was down on the year before it. This is a good thing, but the fact is the
Government recently stepped in and did what? They stopped BSkyB from buying up ITV. BSkyB is owned by Newscorp who oddly enough...owns every newspaper that is running attacks on the Labour Government.
If knife crime is down, why are those papers making such a big issue of it?
Education - Why are the "grades" getting better?
The reason for this is simple, the "level" of teaching has increased in the UK on mass, the access to information is that much easier and the subjects (mostly) are easy. I have 5 A Levels: Law, Politics, Sociology, Psychology and History - all of those revolved around me being able to remember key-terms, dates, etcetera, nothing overly hard, just most people don't do it.
Things like "maths" and "science" is as hard as it used to be. There was an ITV documentary where by they got Scientists to take GCSE and A Level exams as well as the parents of 16 to 18 year old students, and many of them said they found no difference with what they used to do.
The only problem is a lot of people pick an "easy" option to up their UCAS points (this is how you get into University in the U.K.) Your grades each give points, these points then decide what Universities you can get into. When I was at College a lot of girls did: Dance, Drama or Art and a lot of the guys did Media to up their points.
We do need to tweak and change our education system, but I can't be arsed to explain how. (WE need more in house training, more hands on based skills.)
Increase in Employment.
The best way to do that, is to force people to work if they require benefits. The Swedish have a nice system which works on the basis of: You are allowed X amount of months of "benefits" based upon the period you were in work. (Or they used to.) If you go over that, they will find you work.
Currently the Job Centre in the UK, is not able to pass out your C.V. to people and this would solve a lot of problems. They could as good as set-up interviews and if people did not attend they'd be taken off of benefits.
We also need to fiddle around with the tax system, I'm a die-hard Socialist, but we have to lower business tax, we need to tax high level business men more, we need to tax the middle class even less and this will stimulate growth.
Pride.
We won't get Pride back as a Nation till people start to respect small businesses once more. Think about it - most Cities are loosing those small shops, the Green Grocer, the Butcher, those people End up working for big chain stores, their children no longer follow on in their footsteps and they loose respect for themselves.
Without that respect for themselves, they do not respect this country or take pride in it.
We should look at Polish immigrants, many of them in the Cities they live in open "Polish Shops" and they all stick together, they buy from it... And the sad thing is, it costs more to shop at places like Tesco than it does to support smaller businesses.
But people are just lazy now in the UK...∫ іяс сязш ∫

The other day I saw 2 vans that had "POLSKI" in big letters under there windshield. This fcked me off so bad for some reason and I was pissed off for the rest of the day.
As somebody else said CLOSE THE BORDERS, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. It really is getting beyond a joke now, I remember when seeing a eastern european was not rare but you wouldn't see one often. Now you can bet your savings you will see a good few when your out and about.
Dont get me wrong I aint a racist and I dont mind polish people what so ever. All im saying is enough is enough.

Haha.
Yeah, which is why I support ownership of firearms and the death penalty.
Grow up. Liberal, Conservative, etcetera, are buzz terms that mean **** all in reality.
Can you even argue against the points I have presented? No. You can just name call. You are what's wrong with this country.∫ іяс сязш ∫

I don't know, I remember the 80's and that is one decade I'd HATE to return to. Blue collar workers getting 1-2 quid an hour if they were lucky because there was no minimum wage, high unemployment. The IRA blowing up random shopping centres with kids in it every week, car bombs nail bombs you name it.
Margaret Thatcher trying to (and failing) dismantle the NHS, all of a sudden Bupa starts to build private hospitals all over the place.
Working class looked down on, my Dad wouldn't accept some of my friends because they came from working class families, but that's just the legacy of the Tories.
What I can't accept is the level of violence coming from teenagers, it's rampant. There's always been crazy kids about but the way things are is completly insane. Kids are allowed to get way with too much, some have no respect for human life what so ever.

The problem is the system of laws in England is ****ed it's more an issue of poor governance and people voting against the interest of competing with the globe and progress.
The world has become a much more competitive place and reality has changed yet you still has a system that is trying to dictate reality this is why you fail.
All the best people already know this and have moved out of there.
At the end of the day you guys are screwed go watch Children of men a bunch of times and get in touch with your new reality.
