thanks man, I'm gonna look you up again if i need some more questions answered lol
well the innevitable happened yesterday. I severely puled a muscle in my upper trap/ neck area. It's extremely painful to move around and I know it's going to keep me out the gym for a few days. It's extremely discouraging when this happens, especially since I'm afraid of losing more of the gains I worked so hard for. I'm just going to focus on not rushing it and make sure I'm eating right and often in the meantime.
As far as PCT goes, I'm only 4 days removed from being done. I am more than impressed and almost feel bad for not havinng any imformation to pass on other than I haven't had a single issue. This is a testiment to a well thought out PCT by DMan. Use the right products and follow the right guidlines and you'll have no problems.
full review coming at the end of pct with after pics (decided to wait until then to post them for amore complete review)

so here we are at the end of my journey. sigh lol
PCT day 55 weight 207 (-5lbs during pct +12 lbs overall)
2 more days to go and this will be all said and done. I haven't been able to get to the gym the past couple days because of this neck issue I'm having, but today i decided i could at least go and get some cardio in on he new stair stepper we have in the gym. this thing is nuts. I immediately regretted doing it LOL if it hurts it's probably working something and it did. Anyways, pleased to say that my weight held firm at 207 this whole time after I lost the chunk of weight from the sickness I had. I guess I will probably be able to announce 12lbs as the final overall weight gain from a 12 week havoc and otc pct run. Not bad huh? I'll take it

thanks bro, plasma jet mixed in with pct seems like it would be a bit of a waste. Save it for another stack or as a standalone so you can get the most out of it. as far as your pct itself is concerned I would replace the activate extreme with 6 oxo. If you allready have the activate extreme run that alongside a natty test booster like Stoked and that would be a decent time to run the plasma jet

That's not too bad so it shouldn't prevent you from making any gains but you may experience more lethargy and other sides as a result. If it's a one time thing, I might just wait and see it comes back down prior to starting. I can't ever recommend starting a semi-harsh methylated cycle if you allready have BP issues though.

alright. I have a home bp monitor and its supposed to be extremely accurate and i checked it earlier at like 630 and it was high at 137/64 but then I realized that I had just eaten (my cheat meal) like less than a half an hour before so I think thats why it was high but.. i just checked it a little bit ago and it was 122/60 so im guessing that my bp is ok.
regardless, i was going to ask you: since im going to be taking cycle support (like you did) for the first 2 weeks before havoc, would that make my bp "healthier"? in other words does cs make your bp go down (as a whole, not necessarily systolic or diastolic pressures specifically)? bc i know it is good for maintaining some of the important factors while "on" like dht and bp... thanks for all of your help joe!

that's good to hear about your BP. As I said I would just monitor it every so often to make sure it's staying consistant before starting. You don't want to start something when there's a large chance you may have to cut it short and waste time and money; not to mention jeopardize your health in the process. As far as cycle support is concerned; it can only help your cause. I'm not going to say it will "lower" YOUR BP overall persay because each person is different but like you said it's incredibly helpful for overall health on cycle. It covers far more than just BP. If anything it's going to regulate you as much as possible and prevent BP from spiking on cycle. You'll notice during your pre-load phase that your general feeling of health will certainly increase.

two questions
1) how come you dont eat a small meal or drink protein shake before you lift?
and
2) i generally try to keep my workouts between 45 and 75 min.... do you think that an intra w.o. drink is necessary for that type of range? i have xtend but I usually just drink that prew.o. and torrent postw.o.

i've actually started splitting my afternoon meals in half and eating them at 2 and 4-5pm so I can get some protien in closer to my workout. good question. As for the intra workout drink, I've definately felt a large difference in my lifts when I don't use the purple wraath. I also notice my recovery times lengthen. Is it necessary? probably not....is it beneficial....absolutely.

Oh alright cool. So you were drinking the purple wrath every time @ the gym during your whole cycle and pct? Also, what kind of Lean Extreme did you get bc I just looked at my bottle and I guess I ordered the "thermo lean Extreme by shocker nutrition" if its the wrong one do you think they will let me exchange it?
