Before I hit the gym today, I decided to go down to the pool for a couple hours to chill out, swim and get a tan..It was pretty hot out here today and after about 45 mins you could feel the sun really starting to hit you..felt great though, the pool was packed! Ran into a couple buddies and had some laughs. Then I told em' I had to take off and head to the gym..So I did and headed off! Another strong day today and it felt great! Got in the zone and tried not to talk much..as when I am in the gym, I am there to workout....I want to get in and get out! It was pretty empty today, so I didn't have to wait for one single machine which was awesome.
I'm hoping to get my ass to Vegas with the CL guys and friends this year..road trip to vegas in September! (PT...I'll let you know ASAP!!!) I'm really hoping I can make it though! This would be a hell of a lot of fun and OUT OF CONTROL! Think I might be the only sober dude there lol....but I'll party down with a very special glass of cranberry juice! lol.
Tomorrow..Shoulders, traps and abs!

I try to keep it clean for the most part...Off the top of my head, I couldn't say...but as promised, will have the detailed macros up this week. Cals, carbs, fat, protein etc...I should have this up before Friday.
Thank you Travis! Man!...I used to love my Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal! I use to eat 2 packets!!! Lol, but soon realized that it was all sugar!...I bumped it down to one packet at first..and then switched over to plain oats with Splenda....What a shock that was at first...but I learned to love it..and yes, I'll put a little seasoning here and there on my chicken and steak..but for the most part, I eat a lot of things plain..I'm lucky I have a wife to cook for me, otherwise I'd be in trouble!!!!!
Thanks again for the kind words! You look great dude and I can tell you work hard!
Keep at it!
Nick
I would say a good solid 5-6 months of eating really clean and staying consistent with ab routines and cardio. It's pretty much all diet.
Lol.....not necessarily!...I think I was born with a pot belly. Lol*** http://www.AnaxMethods.com/ ***

Wow, today was a really long day...I admit it....I talked a little today in the gym..that's why it took me 2 1\2 hours to get the routine done! For some reason, I was really really sore and achy today..I have no idea why..but I did not let it affect my workout! I thought it would, but I focused on not letting it kill my day, I worked past it. Talked to my buddy Chris today, met him at the gym awhile back. Kids a beast and as soon as he walks into the gym whenever I see him, no stretching..no warmups..just throws 6 plates on bench and puts up 12 reps like nothing..same for incline..same for decline..Dude's massive..anyway he came up to me and said "Dude, you're putting on some solid size!"..which made me feel great!!!.....because this is what I am trying to do!! I told him I was trying to reach his status!!!!..He's a modest guy and said "Nah, I've got nothin". I would kill for this guys broadness in the back and shoulders! I planned on grillin up a nice 12oz top sirloin tonight...but decided to finish up this chicken and do it tomorrow..man that sounds gooooooooood! Tomorrow is chest day and I am psyched!!!!! Going to download some music to pump me up and bring out the intensity tomorrow and really hit chest hard!!! I am so glad my shoulder has recovered as now I can push a little more weight than I was when it was hurting. Life is good and as of now...I have no complaints at all. I've got something to shoot for, and that is my first competition in 15 months or so...and this is what I think about whenever throwin up those last reps! It makes me want to work harder, because I know that there are plenty others who are workin harder than I am..I want to do well, and I'll hit the gym hard for the next 15 months doing whatever I can to really bring out my build to another level.
Talk to you guys,
Nick*** http://www.AnaxMethods.com/ ***

Thank you so much! It's become apart of me..I wouldn't change this lifestyle for anything!! It's my passion and to have been given such awesome opportunities is something I am very thankful for.
Lol..and yes you said it!!! Cramp suicide!!...but the burn is great!
Thanks again bro.
Thanks Kurt!!
Whole foods PW is the way to go! I do it myself!..and yes, ChickenTuna has got it down to a science!!..In my opinion she is the face of BodySpace and I have a tremendous amount of respect for her and what she has accomplished.
I'll have to check out your entry!..You do whatever you got to do right!! You're a hardcore dude, I respect that.
Agreed! Food feeds the muscles!
Thanks bro, I drink it everyday in the morning with my cereal. I think it's fine as long as you don't over do it with dairy.
x2 Fo sho!
Lol, it's definitely a great stack!
I love LPM...I think NLN is still somewhat of an unknown company that's still trying to get it's foot in the door...it should be on BB.com soon as this is one hell of a solid protein powder.
..and yeah!!....Big Yankee fan!*** http://www.AnaxMethods.com/ ***

Lol, dude..it used to be a complete un-organized mess!!! My wife had enough and cleaned it up a bit! ..and yes Kurt, you have some pretty solid wings brotha!...but ima catch up so watch out!
Hey Isaac, thanks man! I only drink skim lactaid as I am lactose intolerant. I have a really hard time digesting dairy...but for some reason yogurt is ok..So yeah..I only drink it with my cereal in the mornings.
Thanks brudda! CL is what it's all about! I get a shipment of supps every month..usually putting in my order at the begining of each month. As far as the ads go..I'm not sure, but having CL sponsor me and back me up has been a dream come true. What I am really trying to focus on and prepare for right now is my first comp which will be here before I know it! CL has been awesome and everybody on the team kicks some serious ass!!*** http://www.AnaxMethods.com/ ***

Blue Up
Hey Nick,
I'm not sure if your bodyspace is up to date on what supps you take but I have been looking at Blue Up and wondered what your experience with it was like. I haven't seen much on here in the realm of stellar reviews so I figured I would ask.YGBSM

Still narrowing it down...but am shooting for the end of next year...I'm leaning towards MuscleMania LW division which I think is around 165lbs...I plan on putting on some more lbs over the next year and then cut down around crunch time. I'm looking forward to it!
Hey bro,
My current stack is as follows: GreenBulge, White Flood, Purple Wraath, GlycerGrow, Orange Triad, and Blue Up.
Great stack and have had the best results so far with this current stack. I love Blue-Up and can definitely feel it kick in. This was exactly what I needed to step it up a notch. The great thing is that Blue-Up is an all natural test booster. If you're looking to step it up, I suggest you give it a try..I am almost done with the first bottle..and can't wait to see what it has brought to the table as time goes on.*** http://www.AnaxMethods.com/ ***

I'm just messing with you. I wanted to see who would actually re-read a quote and see that
Did you ever try emphasizing any of the B vitamins and did it do anything? I remember reading some of the older bbr's doing either b1 or b12 shots. Just wondering.
Also do you find it hard building muscle with fast metabolism? I mean that as in making progress from workout to workout. I think common thinking is that something like that will put you in catabolic state. I have my suspicions about it though
