...kool aide; haha. yea, i'm currnetly on a tub of sp250 blue raz. it definitly doesn't taste like kool aide, lol. it is ok, it tastes really sour. like a liquid blue "warhead" drink. (if your familiar with that sour a$s candy)
good product, but i wouldn't recommend it as your only creatine source if you are planning on taking creatine as a additional supp.

What I do right now (and has been working well for me) is take my preworkout Primaforce NO2 which has like 2 to 2.5 grams of creatine before my workout and after I take a plane scoop of regular Creatine Mono with my post workout drink. Anything extra just goes through your system unused either way.

Theres definitly not enough of creatine in the SP, but it's mainly for energy and pumps, if you want something that will give you better size gains go with something that has Ethyl ester, only need about 2-3gs a day of that or you can just add bulk mono to the SP, blue ras is good the first few times, then the sour blu raz taste just gets overpowering. Go with orange, or rasberry lemonade.

Rasberry Lemonade Super Pump is prob the best tasting one.Get on a creatine that has a longer half life in the body, so you can maintain the creatine in your body more effectively throughout the day, something you can take in the morning and afternoon.(or pre/post workout). Then take the SP right before, because it is more of preworkout mental focus blend for that extra boost in the gym, but is out of the body really quickly.
