i have been taking a ephedra product that is pretty much the same as hydroxycut but has hydrocitric acid.. this is my first time taking this and feeling the progress already..
my question is.. how do u know when u have dangerous levels of this stuff in your system?.. the biggest changes i have realized is that my appetite dropped like mad.. and also my heart feels like its getting sore.... is this normal?.. im taking half the recommanded dosage..

oh yea
im pretty young.. 20 years old
weight around 163 pounds
about 12% fat
5'6-5'7
and have a low blood preasure the last time i checked which was
around half a year ago
they said i was in good shape at the hospital
and im also on a cuttin phase.. obviously.. lol
just some added info to accuratly answer the question

how often does one pill usually last??
talking about a product like hydroxycut..
and i seem to be drinking like 8 litres of water a day.. pissing 6 times a day.. its insane..
