    How do you get that "V" look?!

    i heard that if you get your back really big it will make you look big all over. what are some good back exercises for a big, wide back?

    rows, lat pulldowns, pullups... do them with wide arms to hit your back a little better.

    That V look you want is mostly the Lats.

    small waist genetics will help, but you mainly want to widen your back by focusing on your lats to get the v-taper
