I was just wondering what everyone does/prefers, dumbells or barbells??
Personally, I feel dumbells cannot be beat.

i enjoy using dumbells more b/c i dont need a spotter..the only problem is that my shoulders and tri's tend to take over alot of the work, although i can also feel it hit my pecs.. anyone else have this problem?

I've been using barbells, but I just started using a program which incorporates both. I did it yesterday and it was probably the best chest workout I've had.
