Yup...they use powerful radio signals to extend out parts of the atmosphere. They can even cause 'man made' disasters as a result of beaming out the signals. When I used to live in Alaska, there were several nights I woke up exactly at 12am from my bed shaking...earthquake. Always exactly at 12. Then I learned about HAARP (is based in Alaska) and that it can cause earthquakes. That's the only logical explanation I can think of for all those earthquakes I experienced at the same exact time. Chit is crazy what they can do....many say dangerous. Some peope are saying it caused Hurricane Sandy....scary part is that it's been proven it can happen.

Has anyone had their glutes ache a bit after deadlifts? They seem to hit my glutes hard. Also this is the second time I've felt a tiny bit nauseous after my 5 sets. Fukswithmyworkout.jpg

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

So right now I am prepping all my food for tommorrow. I feel like a meathead with all my tupperware containers of rice and sweet potatoes and steak and chicken and pasta and...and...peanuts.

all i did was play on the computer, go to starbucks and target attempt to clean out the garage. No exercise no nothing, just ate 2800 maintenance and accomplished nothing. Feels like old times man.
