Hey guys.. I am looking to load up on some supplements very soon, cause i aquired lots of $$$.
Anyways.. I am already taking Kaizen Creatine, and Nlarge 2, along with a daily vitamin. What are some more very beneficial supplements to have? liver tabs? flax oil? ZMA? whey powder? b12 injections perhaps? Did I miss any? All input is greatly appreciated.. thanks
I also thought glutamine would be good, but i hear alot of people who think its a joke. Also I have never really looked into growth hormones, but can any of you tell me if they are good, or safe for an 18 yr old?
if you wanna spend some money, pick a good protein blend thats got all the essentials like sans infusion or i****trix. that, with a multi, some flax seed oil, and some quality creapure creatine should do the trick. if you want to be experimental, go for it, but get the basics and your diet straight first.

Glutamine is a joke, and the only growth hormones that are real are injectables, all others are scams. The best growth hormone releaser is sleep.
I've yet to see any scientific evidence that glutamine helps with muscular growth. There is a lot of scientfic support for creatine, so why not glutamine? All the studies I've seen have involved distance runners and their immune systems.
