One + and Training
I just started a 8 week cycle of One + and wondered if I upped my training to 5 days a week if it would be too much? I’m eating 3,500 to 4,000 calories a day.
Mon: Back 4 Exercises 3-4 Sets 6-8 Reps , Biceps 3 Exercises 6-8 Reps.
Tues: Abbs Crunches 4 Sets, Sit Ups 4 Sets, Calf Raises 4-5 Sets
Weds: Deadlift
Thrus: Chest 4 Exercises 3-4 Sets 6-8 Reps, Tris 3 Exercises 6-8 Reps.
Friday: Legs 4 Exercises 3-4 Sets 6-8 Reps.

Looks good stick to the routine which works for you. and up your intensity everytime you workout when you feel the stuff kicks in Good luck.
